Planting Hemp at the DEA. Who’s Up for Repeating it?

October 18, 2009 · 4 comments

Check out these gentleman who want to plant hemp crops without being harassed by the DEA. They planted hemp right on the lawn of a DEA building. This is brilliant, and reminiscent of Jesse’s public gardening op in Keene, New Hampshire. I love how they did this op – who wants to repeat it?

Hemp is not a psychoactive substance. It’s just a crop and it has tons of uses, from food to industrial products. During world war two the government begged farmers to raise hemp crops because the navy used it to make the ropes used to tie warships into port.

I admit, I have a personal selfish interest at stake here. I want to be a hemp farmer someday!

It’s a shame that cannabis was regulated/prohibited because America is racist and likes to create illegal monopolies for big business. We the People are such douchebags.
