Tips for Libertarian Activists

I found some useful tips for libertarian activists but the document is nearly 15 years old. Anyone got anything more up-to-date?

V Soto 09.29.08 at 10:26 am: If the libertarian and other minority parties could get funds together, they could suggest that they have “leaders, not politicians” and “there is another choice”.
